5. Project Terms and Deliverables

For custom development projects:

• Project scope, timeline, and deliverables will be defined in a separate project agreement
• Changes to project scope may affect timeline and costs
• Milestone-based payments may be required as specified in the project agreement
• Client approval is required for major deliverables before proceeding
• All projects include documentation, training, and a 3-month warranty period

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require an initial deposit before project commencement, with remaining payments tied to project milestones. Late payments may result in project delays or service suspension.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of our business relationship. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, customer data, and any other sensitive information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muscat Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

While we strive to provide high-quality services, our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Muscat Apps and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Muscat Apps operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
